Minimum for all outcalls $160. May be divided between two clients--same location, same visit. New client must pay in cash. Bitcoin payments are accepted when paid in advance.
Parking fees may be added for locations without free and easily accessible parking. Where available in San Francisco, LUXE parking rates apply.
Your Location A clean safe pet-free smoke-free, reasonably quiet, 6x12 ft space is required. Therapist reserves the right to refuse service if space is inadequate, unhealthy or for contraindications based on heath or behavior.
Contraindications There are circumstances when massage is not appropriate or must be modified--such as acute injury or infection, some chronic health conditions, the use of some medications, an inability to stay present and control behavior, etc. Under some circumstances, a physician's permission or referral will be required. It is advised that these conditions be discussed with the provider before making an appointment.
Massage for children may need to be modified and requires consent of parent and child. Guardian must be present.
If you have a medical prescription/referal and/or will be billing insurance, please ask about Medical Massage rates.
Medical Spending Accounts
Your bodywork treatment should be elligible for reimbursement from your medical spending account-FSA, HRA or HSA. Generally, a receipt for payment is all that is necessary. Rarely a referral may be necessary. Please do let me know.
Hours and Scheduling
Generally, appointments are available 9 am to 7 pm. I can also recommend other therapists in the Bay Area, the US, and abroad. Please contact me for more information.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
